Apologies at the time taken to relaunch. Our sister company: The High Street Rescue Initiative Ltd., was being moved from the east coast lighthouse station office to the west coast office at Sannox on the island of Arran on 8th August 2025.

But as folk may know, the Isle of Arran’s new ferry, MV Glen Sannox is having some challenges, having taken 7 years to build.

Hopefully MV Glen Sannox will settle onto the Island of Arran service in good order.

Our move of a main office to Sannox (project #84: here) means that these ferry problems many folk see on the news actually cause real-world difficulties that can be witnessed here and now on this page launch being delayed!

In this case the disruptions by senior management to the islanders + visitors plus valiant ships crew has put the Lighthouse Bulletin’s relaunch behind schedule.
