Newsletter Update
Our apologies if you find incomplete pages between now and 1st January 2024. There are LIVE edits going on daily and some of the old Lighthouse Bulletin architecture differs significantly from our paper newsletter to the extent that there will be some technical hiccups. Our apologies for any that you may encounter. Our Lighthouse Bulletin is a not for profit entity and run by volunteers, so we would ask for some forgiveness if the electronic version of our newsletter gets a bit temperamental. Our target is to complete the major overhaul by 1st January 2024.
Plus we do love to get friends and readers into lighthouse mischief. So there will be a lot going on here during the weeks leading up to the New Year.
You never know… during 2024, it might just be your year for moving into a lighthouse building and start a new life is what are usually spectacular locations.

We were very lucky to have the real deal ~ the actual guys employed by the Northern Lighthouse Board stay with us at our Noss head lighthouse Station Hotel.
Amongst these guys are specialist “rope access technicians” who actually paint the lighthouse TOWERS. They made a magnificent job of preparing + painting the lighthouse tower at Noss Head. Here is one of the team in this promotional video for a well known equipment manufacturer…

=> We have a core group of 28 folk who are lighthouse owning friends who all come together and pool our resources to buy some of the dilapidated lighthouse buildings (22 of whom joined in the purchase and renovation at Noss head). 18 managed to come and holiday at their lighthouse station.
=> None too shabby a result all round as the lighthouse station at Noss Head is almost all completely renovated to its former self.
Then have our friends professional lighthouse renovation friends restore these so that they are “turnkey” ready as is possible
