If you are selling your property yourself and would like us to host a dedicated website for your property, we are more than happy to assist.
We make a modest charge of £120 per annum to host a dedicated webpage for lighthouse owning colleagues and friends.
With the increase of readership and increasing avalanches of emails to answer, we are shortly going to employ paid staff to augment the volunteers’ efforts.
The inbound funds go directly to keep this not-for-profit website’s books balanced.
In order to help you, we need you to supply some nice photographs (jpeg or old fashioned printed versions) and also a piece of text to cover the main bases describing your property. It MUST be fair and accurate.
There is no additional fee to create a basic dedicate website page which we are happy to host for you.
There is a modest fee for additional services, such as radio interviews and newspaper contact nurtuing on your behalf. Extra time…
Is capped at £15 per hour.
If it looks like the cost would exceed 4 hours (£60) we will let you know before continuing. The maximum assistance a client as asked for was at £450. We did save them from an estate agent who wanted them to drop their price by £30,000.
Fortunately, THIS WEBSITE secured the FULL asking price and our friend was £30,000 better off.
Our friend was so happy they sent an additional donation of £500. This was NOT asked for (nor required), but it helped pay the every increasing IT hardware and site hosting fees.
